Danny the weather man 😂
Summer weather is on the way, and for New Rochelle commuters the forecast is warm with a chance of music. People passing through the train station on Thursday evenings can expect free pop up performances between 5:30 and 7 pm from June through September. The New Rochelle Council on the Arts (NRCA) has partnered up with Nissan of New Rochelle to sponsor the “Arts Encounters.”
Produced by Tom Tsatsonis. I would rather cut the grass than blow the snow.
The weather may have been cold outside, but Lauren and Andy's wedding day had enough warmth to keep everybody toasty. Cinematography: Gracenote Films gracenotefilms.com Photography: Dreamscape Studio Photography dreamscapestudio.net Venue: Glen Island Harbour Club glenisland-harbourclub.com/

Excited me just experiencing snow and loving it
This was an OK dive beautiful weather, with a light breeze at 7 mph out of the west and sunny. Visibility was reduced to 5 ft with cloudy spots due to the tidal conditions. Water temp was 73 degrees. Crabs, porgy and cunner fish was all that was in this spot today. nothing to salvage on this dive unfortunately.

This video shows amazing aerial views of Glen Island Park in New Rochelle, New York. This park is definitely a place you want to visit if you are in the Westchester area of New York. You won't believe the views from this small little piece of land. It's definitely a great place to take photographs and video, both aerial and ground. I used my 3DR Solo Drone for the aerial shots and my GoPro Hero 4 silver paired with a Neewer 3 axis gimbal for the ground shots. I'm definitely going to get more footage of the island as the weather gets nicer and the trees start to grow more. Let me know what you guys think of the video in the comments! New Rochelle was settled by French Huguenots in the 1680s and was named after the French port city of La Rochelle. Its most famous resident is English born journalist Thomas Paine who wrote "Common Sense" in 1775 urging the British colonies in North America to seek independence. You can visit the Thomas Paine cottage and museum located off North Avenue. New Rochelle's shoreline, with its many irregularities and off shore islands, measures 9.3 miles. Its current population of around 73,000 may have chosen New Rochelle because of it's short 30 minute commute to Manhattan. New Rochelle is known for its many big homes with lush lawns but new development includes many condominiums and rental apartment buildings in the downtown area. There are two hotels in the Main Street area as well as a mul...

The fourth leg of the road trip begins in suburban Connecticut, in Westport. We then proceed apace through Darien and Stamford, before entering New Rochelle, in Westchester, New York. The second half of the video centers on an afternoon jaunt through New York City during rush hour. We encircle Columbus Circle, square off with Times Square, and race by Madison Square Garden, eventually reaching the World Trade Center and downtown. It must be noted that the trip after the Bronx, namely all of Manhattan, was an alternative route taken to avoid the George Washington Bridge US Route 1 technically crosses the Hudson River over the GWB and traverses northern New Jersey. This route was an alternative, which offered a more intimate sojourn through the heart of New York City. The musica...

My vegan dining adventure in NY has been just AWESOME! Every restaurant we visited offered simply delicious and very inspiring dishes. Joel's was definitely one of my TOP Favorites! It was so good that we ate every bite in the car on the way to my dads brothers house. The Veggie Ribz were crazy good and so were the patties. they have lentil, "fish" and "chicken" patties that were FANTASTIC! Also, the veggies were so flavorful and delicious! So, if you are ever in New Rochelle, NY I definitely recommend a visit to Jolo's Kitchen! It's fantastic!! http://www.joloskitchen.com

WARNING: Railfanning Madness will blow your mind! SERIOUSLY 23rd Tour of the Metro-North (New Haven Line) Time: 4:30 - 7:42 PM Line: New Haven Destination: New Rochelle, NY Trains Seen: Budd M2, Kawasaki M8, General Electric PA-32, Amtrak, Acela (Record for amount of trains in a station tour: Total Trains: Seen: 69 (10 of Amtrak and Acela & 59 M8 Trains) Weather: Overcast After a LONG station tour of the New Rochelle Station, i witnessed what was the most trains i've seen ever on a tour plus since it was peak hours that was another reason why the # of trains stagnated compared to Yonkers. As you can see from the title, it's truly a railfanning madness, something i won't ever forget again. The amount of trains i saw was unbelievable... a total of 69 trains and defintely i saw lots of t...
Ah, yes. A scheduled day off. I decided to head back to Rochelle, after not going for 8 months, and I'd say the wait was worth it. The first train I got was an Eastbound manifest with (I think) 4 original CNW cars; a couple grain hoppers and a boxcar. That same train had a GTW boxcar, and some other railroads.
Heavy snow, a heavy passenger train and an uphill grade may have been too much for this unit, and some carriages' brakes might have been engaged. Whatever it was, this unit had a hard time climbing uphill after leaving Varaždin towards Zagreb, Croatia. I have not expected that I will be making a video on my way home, and I made this the best I could in spite of freezing cold, heavy snow (yes, it is falling heavily, but you can't see it all the time because I had to reduce video quality so I could upload it faster) and ice dropping of the carriage's roof. Sorry for some camera moves, I had to remove fallen ice off me and off my camera.
Since it snowed today (11/26/14), I figured it would be a great idea to operate in the snow lol.
My son and I took another trip down to Rochelle Illinois to the railroad park there to watch some trains. Great weather and some great action from the Union Pacific and BNSF. Few highlights, on a UP Mixed Freight there was the Sargento Cheese boxcar, with the Sargento logo blacked out. Several BNSF trains had NS run through power. Always good to see in this neck of the wood! Hope everyone has a great Labor Day weekend! Thanks for watching!

Hello everyone, and welcome to this week's video! For the first time in a long time (nearly 3 months) I visited Fostoria, and what an exciting day it was. A culmination of beautiful weather, a good amount of train traffic, and some unique and spectacular catches made for an all-around fantastic day of railfanning. This day in Fostoria starts off with one of the regular CSX autorack trains transferring from the Pemberville Subdivision on to the Willard Subdivision. This would be the only train for a while since CSX crews were doing a bit of track maintenance on the west side of town on the Willard Subdivision. Fortunately, the action picked up in a hurry about 11 am, and there was a flood of trains! Between 11 am and 1 pm, there were about 8-10 trains and a good mixture of Norfolk Souther...

Run #11 of FCS Time: 9:00 - 12:12 AM (Too Dark) Route: Bremen - Kiel Bus: MAN Lion Coachbus Duration: 35 Min Weather: Clear Part 2, of today's double-header of Fernbus Simulator is going to the Kiel terminal! Which is located in the Northernmost part of Germany and it lasted about 34 minutes. There was moments where visibillity was a challange so i had to turn on the high lights and from there things got easier. There was 2 portions of construction in this run so the speed was reduced to 60 MPH and it was a challange to stay in the lane since my bus is wide. Overall it was a good run, with rain as well so it did look realistic. Tomorrow once again is the station tour of New Rochelle! Reason for having it tomorrow is for personal and modification purposes so this will be the second tim...

so how does it feel
to be stuck on the ground
the sky is out of your reach
but so am i
you've gone to far
it's in your head
you just might soar but i hope you...fall instead
so let's take a trip up to the mountains
so you can try this one last time
forget about starting head straight for the canyon
now we're getting to the bottom of this mess
so how does it feel
to be stuck on the ground
the sky's out of your reach
but so am i
you've gone to far
it's in your head
you just might soar but i hope you...fall instead
you fall [x3]
